Sun Valley Resort, ID and Snowbasin, UT are leaving Vail Resorts’ Epic Pass, and joining Alterra Mountain Company’s Ikon Pass for the Winter ’22-’23 season. Sun Valley and Snowbasin are both owned by the same parent company. The Ikon Pass also announced that they’re adding Chamonix in France for next season.The Epic pass had unlimited days at A basin and the Ikon will be limited to 7 or 5 with the base pass.
